I’m Katy, your guide to a healthy and conscious lifestyle.

A health conscious living has always been my passion since I wholeheartedly believe that a healthy lifestyle is a basis for a happy life. After my pregnancy I thought I would never get my own body back. In the meantime I have lost all the pounds and I feel healthy and fit again and I am even slimmer and tighter than before my pregnancy. It was a true challenge, but much easier than I had thought.  And it never stopped there! As a certified weight consultant I constantly seek to improve my own lifestyle, I do a lot of research and I read as much as possible about the better choices I can make for a healthier life.

Just recently I decided to share my knowledge and experience with friends and family and I was struck by overwhelming reactions and results; my own partner lost no less than 15 kilos after we started exercising together and I showed him how he could adjust his eating pattern. A friend of mine who had gained 25 kilos after she’d quit smoking has since returned to her initial weight and a neighbour who recently went through pregnancy and gave birth has lost most kilos by following my guidance.

All these great experiences encouraged me to include others in this wonderful journey. And I would love to take you along as well. I believe there is a cause behind every problem. And when you are aware of the reason for a problem, you are in a better position to solve it. Research and looking back is the way I attempt to solve problems in my personal life and work. This can sometimes be quite intensive. Trust is the first step in our journey. We can achieve a lot with confidence in each other. From my experience with different clients, I always try to analyze the reasons for being overweight, binge eating or insecurity. I do that (automatically) by being involved and available. In this way I can support my clients in finding solutions to the questions they are struggling with.
Together we attempt to tackle the problem well; this time with a positive mindset and the right guidance. This way you not only get a solution for the present situation, but you learn to deal with it in a good way forever. Most clients like this attention and deal with it in a good way.
Until now I have always been successful in coaching my clients and so I continue to do it this way.
